Hello! Thank you for visiting my website, amjt.org. My name is Alex Thompson. I am 25 years old and I am from the Dayton, Ohio area

Professionally, I currently work for an Email Service Providing company called JangoMail; where I work as the VP of Customer Experience. With my position, I am in charge of leading a customer support and sales staff to ensure a high level and respected Support to Customer interaction. Not only am I heavily customer facing myself, I also oversee all customer interaction from my staff as well. 

Being a high level employee for a technical based SAAS type of company has allowed me to grow as a conversationalist but has also allowed me to prosper in an industry that I had not previously thought I would excel in, and that is with the overall technical backing. With my nearly 6 years of experience with JangoMail, I have learned and excelled in DNS/Domain Management, HTML, SQL, Server and IP Management, and more. Currently, I am enrolled in and taking courses to advance my SQL knowledge as well as learning Linux and OS Management. My goal is to advance from my current job title to step into a higher-level and more technical position.

Leisurely, I am a big sports guy (University of Kentucky, Cincinnati Bengals, and Cincinnati Reds). I am very passionate about my sports teams and I am loyal (to a fault) to all three. Beyond sports, I am a big movie buff, I like to travel and visit new places, I love to be outside in nature - any nice weather day in the summer you will find me at the lake, and I really enjoy being around my friends and family. 

Overall, I am just a down to Earth guy trying to learn and grow as much as I can! I have long term goals that are front of mind and I am in the constant pursuit of chasing those goals to make them a reality.
